Our business hours are Mon-Thur, 10-6, Friday 10-5:30 and Saturday 10-3.
Shipping Policies
Unless requested otherwise all accessories and music will ship via U.S. Postal Service. Instruments will ship via UPS ground service.
School Delivery Service
We offer free delivery service to all Brevard county schools. We deliver once a week. Our delivery schedule is:
South Brevard Schools-Tuesday
North and Central Brevard Schools-Wednesday. Viera High is kind of in the middle! We deliver there on Wednesday.
There may be slight deviations from this schedule depending upon the school calendar. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Return and Exchanges Policy
Most items are returnable assuming they are in new condition. There are some exceptions: Any boxes of reeds must be unopened if they are to be returned or exchanged. Individual reeds cannot be returned or exchanged. Printed music can be returned only if there have been NO MARKINGS made in the book.
